Popeye Gained Iron Strength from Spinach But Not Everybody Wants to Eat Spinach!

Have you ever been told your iron levels are a bit low? That you are
anaemic? Or maybe you just feel a bit sleepy, sluggish or slow. You may also have headaches or may 'feel the cold' more and be prone to illness.

Iron levels are monitored during pregnancy, as often pregnant women are more likely to suffer from iron deficiency.
You may need an extra supply of iron in your diet.

Here is a list of foods that are rich in iron from the web site: http://www.cradle2kindy.com.au/_blog/Articles/post/Iron_Rich_Food/

I would also highly recommend these suppliments:

NUTRIWAY IRONIX supplement provides 4.3mg per tablet of elemental iron from ferrous lactate. An organic form of iron which enables excellent absorption. Chewable tablets with delicious French vanilla custard flavour. Iron is one of the nutrients most frequently lacking in the diet of women. Women of child bearing age require about three times the dietary level of iron than men. Lack of iron in the diet may cause tiredness, weakness and anaemia.
