Sausages, Potato & Gravy Hot Pot


1 Tablespoon Oil
10 Sausages
1 Onion sliced or diced
8 Medium Potatoes, cut into pieces
3 Tablespoons Gravy mix
1 Cup Boiled Water
1 Cup beef Stock


Fry sausages lightly until just firm enough to cut into pieces, 4 per sausage, set aside in a bowl.
In a large pot heat oil and fry onion until clear.
Add potatoes.
Add gravy mixed with cup of boiled water.
Add beef stock and cut sausages.
Mix together, cover and simmer, occasionally stirring until potatoes are cooked through.
Add more gravy mixture if needed.
Serve with steamed vegetables on the side.
