I know I am not the only one, so that is why I have created this scrumtious, not for the faint hearted, Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies! And if you bake them just right they will be the most perfect biscuit you have ever eaten. try not to feel guilty, I have probably eaten more than my fair share! ;-)

Traditional Gingerbread Christmas Biscuits

Every year at Christmas time I love to bake this traditional Gingerbread recipe and have my children join me in creating these colourful Christmas delights. I also use this same recipe to create a Gingerbread house which I will post shortly.

ANZAC Biscuits

"Did you know it is said that ANZAC biscuits were sent by wives to the soldiers at war because the ingredients did not spoil easily."

This is a family favourite! I love baking the good ol' ANZAC biscuit as the recipe is so quick and easy. They are a great lunch box extra and great for when friends drop around. The Anzac biscuit can also be frozen and thawed when needed.

Brown Biscuits

These brown biscuits are so quick and easy to make and great for that last minute lunch-box filler. This is a recipe which my Mum makes and her Mum before her made. Even if you burn them they taste great!!
