125grm Butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup quick cook oats
1 cup self raising flour
200grm choc chips
Process oats finely, mix with flour. Cream butter, then gradually mix in both sugars. Beat in egg and Vanilla. Mix in combination of flour and oats. Stir in Choc Chips. Place spoonful of mixture on to trays with baking paper, (leave 1cm to spread).
Bake for 8 - 10mins at 200 degrees Celsius. Cool slightly on trays before placing on wire rack.
