Zucchini Slice

1 zucchini grated
1 cup cheese grated
1 cup self-raising flour

5 eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
250grm bacon pieces (optional)
Mix all together and place in rectangular baking dish, bake in moderate oven for 20 mins. Cut into squares and serve.
