Sausage Mince Meatloaf


700grm sausage mince
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs

Mix together, the bread crumbs should make the mixture less moist and sticky.
Place in Bread tin lined with baking paper or greased.


1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup tomato sauce

Mix together and spread over top of meatloaf. Cover meatloaf with foil and place in oven. Oven temperature should be 180 degrees Celcius. Bake for 30 minutes then remove covering and bake for another 30 mins. 
Serve with your favourite side dish.
