Fraises à la Crème Sucrée (Strawberries & Sweet Cream)

Everyone loves strawberries and cream, well this is like strawberries and cream with a touch of class. A little bit of sweetness with a beautiful flavour of strawberries. This will sure be a crowd pleaser at any large gathering. No one will be able to resist the temptation of a second helping. So easy to make and so irresistible!


1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Cans Evaporated Milk
600ml bottle thickened cream
1 can whipped cream
6 250grm punnets of strawberries

1. Slice strawberries and place in large serving bowl.

2. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and thickened cream.

3. Pour cream mixture over strawberries to cover. 

4. Cover with can of whipped cream.

Place in fridge for a few hours before serving.
The longer this dessert sits in the fridge the better it will taste, as the flavour of the strawberries will mix into the cream mixture. Also this gives time for the whipped cream to slowly sink into the strawberries and cream.

Watch carefully as this disappears before your eyes!
